Luis has over 19 years of work experience in various professional fields related to, business, commodities, technology, telecom and non-profit organizations, having also wide experience within strategic planning, organizational development, team management, procurement, acquisitions, training and economic growth.
He is currently the IPARD Procurement and Sub-Awards Officer and previously Administrative Assistant to the Green Commodities Program at the UNDP (United Nations Development Program) regional office.
Luis holds a Master’s degree in Strategic Management with specialization on International Business and Marketing from the Universidad Santa María La Antigua of Panama.
