Panamanian professional, industrial engineer from the Technological University of Panama, with an MBA in the United States and a diploma in Project Management (PMI) has over 30 years of experience in the public and private sectors, has developed a solid career with a special focus on project management, coordination of technological processes and the development of methods and procedures. For 18 years, she has held the position of senior procurement specialist, with projects financed by multilateral banks such as the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) and the World Bank (WB), which has allowed him to hone the skills and knowledge required by these prestigious institutions. Her previous roles in the Mesoamerican Biological Corridor of the Panamanian Atlantic (CMAP II) and GIZ, especially with the PRODEI program, as well as her participation in the design and implementation of the project Support to the National Development Plan for the Indigenous Peoples Project, reflect her deep commitment to Indigenous and local communities, accumulating more than 10 years of experience in this field.
