Olga Kostrova is from the Chulym People in Russia and part of the Union of Indigenous Peoples of North of the Tromsky. She is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in psychology, education, and community advocacy. Skilled in organizing meetings, conducting consultations, and delivering thematic trainings, she has been actively involved in local negotiations with the timber industry and indigenous peoples since 2017. As a member and chairman of key regional organizations, Olga has championed the rights and interests of Indigenous communities, including participation in international climate change discussions at COP26. Proficient in English and MS Office, she combines strong observational, stress resistance, and communication skills to support and empower communities effectively.
