Alejandro Paredes

Alejandro has over 25 years of work experience in leadership, business and project management, strategic planning, organizational and international development, focusing on Indigenous Peoples, disadvantaged populations, violence prevention, education, economic growth, and workforce.

He is currently IPARD´s Program Director and previously Regional Director of the Advance Program (FHI360/USAID), Executive Director of the METAS Project (EDC/USAID), and Implementation Director of the Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC) in Honduras.

He holds a PhD (Cum Laude) in Economics and Business – European University of Madrid (UEM); Master’s in project management, PMP certification – Project Management Institute PMI, and a Strategic Planning Professional SPP certification.
