José Eduart is an Agronomist Engineer specialized in Tropical Crops, with a postgraduate specialization in Higher Education. He has extensive experience implementing and coordinating agricultural projects in Indigenous and rural communities across Panama. He currently serves as a Community Project Implementation Specialist at FSC-Indigenous Foundation and as a technical advisor to private farms, leading agronomic management of crops such as robusta coffee. He previously worked as an Agronomy Consultant and Field Coordinator for FAO, where he developed business and training plans and supervised technical teams in the Ngäbe-Buglé Comarca. His background includes research in bio-inputs and sustainable production. He is recognized for his leadership, commitment to rural development, and promotion of sustainable farming systems.
