Team
Omar is an electromechanical engineer, graduated from the Technological University of Panama, with additional training as a secondary education teacher. He has extensive professional experience across the public, private, and academic sectors. He has worked as a university lecturer at both the Technological University of Panama and the National University.
His most significant professional experience includes 15 years at Edemet–Edechi, where he served at the managerial level as Head of the Operations Department, leading technical and operational processes within the electrical system. He later worked for four years at the National Institute of Aqueducts and Sewerage Systems (IDAAN) as Head of the Sanitary Sewerage Department, contributing to the management and improvement of sanitation services.
Throughout his career, he has provided technical work and consultancy in both mechanical and electrical fields, supporting institutions and clients in achieving their operational and strategic objectives.
